Mandarin and Cantonese speakers welcome.## About the roleAvida Care is a Registered NDIS Provider and Support at Home provider based in Box Hill. We support older people and people living with disability across Victoria.As a Support Worker you will help clients with everyday life at home and in the community, and build the kind of steady, trusting relationship that lets them stay independent.## What you’ll do* Assist clients with daily living such as personal care, meals and household tasks* Provide transport to appointments, shopping and social activities* Support clients to take part in community activities and reach their goals* Follow each client’s support plan and record shift notes accurately* Report changes in a client’s health, wellbeing or circumstances to the coordination team## What you’ll bring* A caring,
