Green Tree Medical is a clinic that has been built and developed to provide higher levels of community care for a wide demographic of patients. We are deliberate in our management to ensure that patients are listened to and very-well looked after. All clinical and administration staff work as a strong team to provide high-level health outcomes. Our practice culture is built upon genuine care and support for each other, and we feel that the collegiality that exists in our practice is unmatched. We have a excellent focus upon teamwork, communication and collaboration. Contribution is rewarded.
We currently have an amazing treatment room nurse but are seeking the services of a nurse who would like to drive the chronic disease management component of our practice. You should however still be willing to step into the treatment room role when needed.
Our two current amazing part-time chronic care nurses are retiring from clinical practice, and we are looking for the right nurse to step into their shoes.
This is a job where you will have increased responsibility and independence, but you will feel valued and respected like few other nursing jobs can provide.
Full-time preferred. The planned starting remuneration is $45 per hour during an initial provisional period, which will then rise after the provisional period, based upon performance. We are focussed on retaining highly skilled team members, so we pay and reward our people very well. Planned starting date from 23 November 2026.
Please only apply for this role if
you want to work in an environment where you are valued and acknowledged
you want to contribute to an amazing team culture
you want to have a higher degree of autonomy in your role
you enjoy being sociable with your work colleagues
you want to be recognised and rewarded for your high standard of work
