Law Clerk– Commercial Litigation, Insolvency and Building & Construction Gold Coast, Bundall | Full-time or part-time (4 days per week)

As our client base has grown, we have expanded our professional and administrative teams, and we are now seeking a Law Clerk to join our Gold Coast office.

The opportunity Ideally you will targeting completion of your law degree in late 2027 or mid 2028, and will suit a law student, who wants to build a career in commercial litigation. You will be mentored by Accredited Specialists and senior litigators on complex commercial matters, reporting directly to our experienced practitioners. Our Law Clerks are treated as part of the professional team from day one,



and the role offers a explicit pathway to a potential permanent position as a solicitor.

What you’ll do

Attend client meetings and take instructions

Attend Court with solicitors and barristers

Assist with pleadings and other Court documents for filing

Attend mediations and settlement conferencesPrepare correspondence, including letters of demand

Prepare briefs to counsel and liaise with experienced litigation barristers

About you

A genuine interest in a career in commercial litigation

Enthusiastic, highly motivated and eager to learn litigation processes and Court procedure

Able to work proactively through assigned tasks

Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
