mentor teams across RegistryConnect andwider ASIC to champion ongoing improvement.

Ways of WorkingLead.

Responsibilities

Coach delivery teams and leaders in iterative deliverypractices.

Facilitate retrospectives and make improvementopportunities visible.

Support teams through changes to the Ways of Working.

Train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads.

Essential agile or delivery coaching across multipleteams in large organisations.

Desirable ICAgile, Protected or Kanban certification; government experience.
