Apprentice Chef (2 Positions Available)

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and eager to build a career in the culinary industry.

As an Apprentice Chef, the successful candidates will complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced chefs. Training will include:

- Food preparation and cooking techniques
- Menu preparation and execution
- Food safety and hygiene practices
- Stock control and inventory management
- Service delivery across a variety of kitchen operations

Hospitality Trainee (1 Position Available)





This two-year traineeship provides the opportunity to complete both a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality while gaining practical experience across multiple areas of club operations. Training will include:

- Food and beverage service
- Reception and customer service
- Catering operations
- Golf operations
- Club operations and administration
- General hospitality skills
