AECOM Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our Water leadership team, shaping the workforce for critical infrastructure projects in Australia and Recent Zealand. This 12-month fixed-term contract may be based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, provide market insights, and support international hiring including visa pathways.
