Mechanical assembly and fitting of machinery and components Read and interpret engineering drawings Use hand, power and pneumatic tools Assist with machinery fit-up, installation and testing Identify and report assembly or quality issues Maintain a safe and organised workshop Skills & Experience
Mechanical Fitter, Fitter and Turner, Diesel Fitter or similar trade qualification Previous machinery assembly or mechanical fitting experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Solid mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills Positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on Down-to-earth team player with a strong work ethic Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
