Sundale is seeking a Project Manager - Capital Works to coordinate capital works, maintenance and refurbishment across Sundale's aged care homes and retirement villages in Queensland. You will work with site leaders, maintenance teams, contractors and consultants to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. You will manage planning through to completion, develop schedules, and oversee RFQs, tenders and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with building and safety standards.
