About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of your centre while creating an inspiring, high-quality early learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
Driving quality practices and maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
Building strong relationships with families and the local community
Overseeing enrolments, staffing and operational performance
Creating a positive, supportive and engaging workplace culture
Playing an integral role in the successful establishment of a brand-new centre
About You
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director ideally setting up brand new centres
Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership, communication and team-building skills
A passion for delivering exceptional early childhood education
Experience opening a new centre would be highly regarded
