RSL LifeCare is seeking a Workforce Systems & Reporting Specialist to join the Centralised Rostering team in North Sydney. The role focuses on UKG Pro Workforce Management, data integrity, and reporting to improve workforce planning in Residential Care. You will partner with Payroll, Finance and operations, develop dashboards, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive system enhancements. A solid Excel and data analysis background is essential, with healthcare workforce experience highly regarded.
