Charles Sturt University seeks an outstanding Indigenous leader to shape the university's First Nations Strategy across the whole institution, reporting to the Vice-Chancellor. The Pro Vice-Chancellor will develop, implement and evaluate strategic initiatives embedded in university life.
The role requires solid cultural authority, senior stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive organisation-wide change in an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership context.
