Novotel Surfers Paradise, part of Accor, seeks a Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering Department and uphold safety, compliance and guest comfort.

This hands-on leadership role oversees maintenance, capital works and sustainability initiatives, directing the engineering team, contractors and service partners to deliver exceptional hotel facilities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive asset performance and align with Accor's guest service standards across the property.
