PARC Engineeringisseekingexperienced Electrical Supervisorsfor local work on 2.1 roster - FIFO Gold morning with immediate start.

This isa great opportunityto join a leading contractor on a high-profile resources project, overseeing electrical construction and commissioning activities in a dynamic site setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising construction and commissioning contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations and Maintenance teams
- Ensuringall construction and commissioning activitiescomply withrelevant systems, processes and statutory requirements
- Ensuringall personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work
- Generatingwork packages, assigningtasks and supervisingresources
- Reviewingwork execution with team members,identifyinggapsand implementingcorrective actions to improve performance
- Providingsupport to contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA/QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning and reporting
- Reportingdirectly to the Electrical Superintendent
- Participatingin weekly pre-planning, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with the work schedules
- Workingclosely alongside the HSE team to reinforce safety standards & ensure KPI’s and compliance is met asrequired

Role Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large scale mining construction projects
- National Police Clearence valid for 1 years
- S26 Statutory Supervisor certificate– highly desirable
- Construction Induction Card




- WA Grade A Electrical Licence
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Valid AustralianDriver’s Licence
- CurrentLVR/CPR & First Aid
- Full Australian WorkingRights
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Point of hire is Perth or surrounding suburbs only
