About our Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Stegbar and Regency sales team and showroom network from Yatala.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive sales growth, customer acquisition, commercial performance and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach your team, identify current market opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Deliver revenue, margin and customer growth targets
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
- Identify new customers, markets and channel opportunities
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Drive lead generation, conversion and quote-to-close performance
- Monitor performance through reporting, 1:1s and sales meetings
- Lead the performance of the showroom network
About You
You’re a commercially focused sales leader who knows how to develop people, grow customers and deliver results.
You’ll bring:
- Proven Sales Manager, Sales Leader or senior BDM experience
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience coaching and developing sales teams
- Strong commercial and business development capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Building products, manufacturing or construction experience is highly regarded
- CRM and Microsoft Office capability
