Fixation is growing, with several exciting projects and opportunities on the horizon. We're putting the feelers out early to connect with experienced Senior Account Managers who might be interested in joining us as our next chapter takes shape. We're an independent creative agency based in Collingwood, Melbourne, working with ambitious Australian and international brands across strategy, branding, campaigns, content production and social media. The opportunity This is an opportunity for someone who loves agency life, enjoys the variety and wants to be close to the work, not just oversee it. At Fixation, we work across everything from ongoing social media and content production to brand launches and integrated creative campaigns. Our projects are diverse, our team is multidisciplinary, and there are plenty of opportunities to contribute beyond the usual boundaries of account management. You could be looking after a social media account, developing a creative response to a client brief, producing a content shoot or managing a smaller campaign from idea to execution. We're looking for someone who can bring experience and perspective to the work, take ownership of projects and get involved wherever their skills can make a difference. What you'll bring
• Solid experience in account management within a creative, social media or ad agency.




• A strong understanding of brand strategy, creative campaigns, social media, content production and the wider marketing landscape.
• Confidence managing clients, briefs, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating creative projects, campaigns and content production.
• The ability to jump into hands-on tasks, whether that's content planning, copywriting or social media management.
• Strong organisational skills, creative judgement and attention to detail.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and the confidence to work independently. Above all, we're looking for someone experienced who enjoys the variety of agency life. Someone who's just as comfortable leading a client meeting as they are getting stuck into the day-to-day work. The arrangement
• Initial three-month contract, with potential to extend.
• Approximately 2–3 days per week.
• Flexible working arrangements, with our studio in Collingwood.
• Remuneration based on experience.
