Role Description The Claim Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Bayswater, WA. This position is responsible for managing insurance claims from initial notification through to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate assessment and processing. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing claim documentation, verifying policy coverage, analyzing claim details, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The Claim Officer will maintain detailed records, prepare reports, and communicate claim outcomes clearly and professionally. The role also involves identifying potential risks or issues, recommending appropriate actions,



and contributing to continuous improvement of claims procedures. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review documentation, assess claim validity, and identify inconsistencies or risks.
• Candidates should possess Claims Handling and Insurance Claims experience to process, evaluate, and resolve claims efficiently and in line with policy terms.
• Candidates should possess Claims Management skills to oversee the end-to-end claims lifecycle, prioritize workloads, and meet service-level expectations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
• Relevant experience in insurance, finance, or risk management, and familiarity with claims systems or CRM tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A relevant qualification in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is advantageous.
