Areas of Expertise We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced project controls professionals across the following disciplines:
• Planning and Scheduling
• Estimating
• Risk Management, Assurance and Governance
• Information Management and Document Control
• Contracts Administration and Commercial Management
• About You To be considered, you will bring a minimum of 7 years' experience delivering major capital projects across multiple lifecycle stages, including front-end development, procurement, design, execution and commissioning/handover. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
• Technical Mastery: Deep technical knowledge and practical application within your core discipline/s across multiple industries and project phases (on-site execution experience is highly regarded).

• Systems Proficiency: Extensive experience with industry-standard project controls software relevant to your discipline/s, complemented by strong capability in common business software and systems such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power BI.

• Client Management and Winning Work: A proven ability to build and manage client relationships,



identify and drive growth opportunities and shape or lead compelling bids and proposals that enhance MBB’s market presence.

• Impactful Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical project details clearly and produce straightforward, accurate reporting.

• Autonomy and Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously when embedded within client teams, taking ownership of deliverables and engaging effectively with project stakeholders at all levels.
