SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier to find a confident, ambitious and relationship-focused Territory Sales Executive to join its Queensland team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established customer portfolio, build lasting relationships and drive new business across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. You'll enjoy plenty of autonomy, flexibility and support from an experienced team, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

The opportunity

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customers
- Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities
- Present products, promotions and solutions to drive sales growth
- Get out on the road, meet customers and manage your own territory

What we're looking for

- Previous sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and drive results
- A confident, engaging communicator who can connect with people at all levels
- A genuine hunger to succeed, achieve targets and grow sales
- A proactive, energetic approach with the initiative to pursue new opportunities
- Solid communication,



negotiation and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and a current driver's licence

Experience in territory sales, account management, business development, wholesale or trade would be highly regarded. However, we're open to candidates from a range of sales backgrounds who bring the right attitude, ambition and commercial drive.

- $80,000 $100,000 + super, depending on experience
