Who You Are: We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives and breathes production (both traditional and digital) to build the teams behind our videos. You'll own hiring for the business, with the priority on our production house
- sourcing roles from pre-production to post-production, on-set talent through to thumbnails and packaging. You'll recruit for roles such as Scriptwriters, Producers, Showrunners, Youtube Strategists, Minecraft Builders and Set Designers, Editors, Animators, Actors and Voice talent. You go where creators are: Your sourcing strategy is not traditional, you will live on Discord servers, X, YouTube, freelance platforms, portfolio sites and in creator communities. Many of these roles are remote and international, so you're comfortable sourcing across time zones. Your Responsibilities
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job ad to first day.
• Partner with Managers, Producers, Showrunners and Creative Leads to understand each channel's needs and present high-quality shortlists.
• Work with hiring managers to design fair, practical assessments to evaluate creative talent through showreels, portfolios, and trial tasks
• Hire for both full time and freelance/contract roles, including international and remote talent.
• Source proactively through YouTube, Discord, X, LinkedIn Recruiter, creator forums, portfolio platforms and referrals.
• Grow Spawnpoint's employer brand in the creator community and production industry so top talent want to work with us.




• Track creator-economy salary and freelance rate benchmarks to keep offers competitive.
• Work with People Operations and Operations to onboard new hires smoothly, including international team members.
• Gather candidate and hiring manager feedback to keep improving the process.
• Be the subject matter expert on our talent tech stack: Team Tailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Monday.com
• Maintain and optimise recruiting workflows, documentation and compliance.
• Report regularly on recruitment pipeline, time-to-hire and sourcing channel performance.
• Handle all candidate and company information with confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally hiring for YouTube, creator studios, digital media, gaming or film/TV production
• A strong understanding of digital-first production roles and workflows, and how to assess creative work (reels, portfolios, edit and thumbnail tests)
• An established network or proven sourcing approach within creator and production communities
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run many open roles at once
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both creatives and hiring managers
• A proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented mindset
• Availability for occasional evening work to support international candidates and onboarding
• Experience with Team Tailor and Monday.com or similar ATS platforms is highly regarded
