About the Role
We're looking for a digital all-rounder. Someone who's just as comfortable designing a graphic, editing a video or updating a website as they are experimenting with AI tools, building recent digital experiences and solving technical problems. One day you might be creating social media content, the next building a website, designing a new user experience, editing video content, or experimenting with emerging technologies and AI tools. If you enjoy the mix of creativity and technology, you'll fit right in. • Design, build and maintain websites across a range of platforms and technologies.




• Create engaging visual content, graphics, videos, animations and digital assets for client and internal projects.
• Support enhancements, updates and troubleshooting across websites, digital products and online platforms.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to turn ideas into user-friendly digital experiences.
• Contribute to UX/UI design activities, user research and ongoing website improvements.
• Develop landing pages, custom functionality and integrations where required.
• Stay across emerging technologies, AI tools and digital trends that can help us work smarter and deliver better outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Take ownership of your work and contribute ideas, solutions and fresh thinking to the team.
• Be adaptable, curious and willing to jump into new challenges as they arise. About You
• You're equally comfortable opening Adobe Creative Suite as you are jumping into a website CMS or a bit of code.
• You enjoy solving problems and figuring out how to make things work, not just how to make them look good.
• You're naturally curious and love learning new technologies, tools and ways of doing things.




• You have a good eye for design and understand what creates a great user experience.
• You're proactive, organised and able to manage your own workload.
• You're comfortable working directly with clients and communicating ideas clearly.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with people who challenge conventional thinking. Qualifications
• Qualification in Multimedia, Design, Web Development, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience building and maintaining websites using platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify or similar.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with React, APIs, AI-assisted development tools, 3D, AR/VR, or other emerging technologies is highly regarded.
