What you'll be doing Provide direct nursing care and support patients with activities of daily living, emotional wellbeing and independence. Undertake observations and client assessments, recognise clinical changes and escalated concerns appropriately. Follow individualised nursing care plans and work within your scope of practice under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes. Work collaboratively with the nursing and multidisciplinary team while promoting professional,

Essential Criteria Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal Effective Interpersonal Skills Showing Initiative And Leadership.
