Every role at Inspiration Trees contributes to this mission. Every person we hire is part of this commitment. Our Hiring Philosophy: We hire on attitude and character first. We believe technical training we can do—bad character we can't fix. We're looking for people who are honest, independent, committed to safety, and want to build a real career in arboriculture. We're local, known, and respected. Our reputation is built on:
• Professional Excellence
- We're highly trained, certified, and we do it properly.
• Genuine Safety Culture
- Not just compliance; we actually care about keeping people protected. We use a simple framework: Gear. Gut. Crew. Call it. — Check your equipment, trust your gut, ensure your crew is ready, and call it if something feels wrong. The right call is the one you walk away from.
• Long-Term Thinking
- We don't just remove trees; we think about ecosystem health and what lasts.
