At Lion, you’ll work with a portfolio that includes XXXX, Tooheys, Hahn, Stone & Wood, Four Pillars and Kirin Hyoketsu. As Head of Revenue Growth Management, you’ll have the prospect to shape how we make commercial decisions across our Australian Beer, RTD and Spirits business—and see the impact of your work on revenue, margin and profitability.

You’ll bring Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance together to make better choices about pricing, packs, promotions and customer investment. It’s a role for someone who enjoys connecting the detail in the data to the bigger commercial picture, influencing senior leaders and turning strategy into action.

You’ll lead 5 direct reports within an overall team of 12, building on the strong processes already in place while helping the team grow its capability and influence.

What you’ll do

- Lead pricing, pack and promotional strategies that support sustainable growth.
- Turn market and commercial data into clear insights and practical decisions.
- Improve the effectiveness and transparency of trade investment.
- Align plans and execution across Sales, Marketing, Category and Finance.
- Lead and develop a team, building commercial capability and accountability.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Commercial Finance or Strategy in FMCG or a similarly complex environment.
- A track record of improving revenue, margin or investment outcomes through commercial decisions.
- Confidence using data to explain recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working across commercial functions and developing a team.
- Liquor industry experience,



including exposure to excise or container deposit schemes, would be an advantage.
