Snooze Moorabbin is seeking a reliable, physically fit and motivated Warehouse Person to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of our small warehouse, primarily involving stock management, receiving goods and coordinating store deliveries.
Key – Roster Requirements
The position follows a rotating two-week roster:
- Week 1: Tuesday to Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday to Saturday
- The roster then repeats.
This means every second Saturday is a permanent part of the roster, not an occasional requirement. Applicants must be available to work these Saturdays.
The below attributes are ideal for the successful applicant:
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks in volume, including unloading containers of mattresses and furniture.
- Experience in warehousing, preferred not essential.
- Ability to manage all daily activities: stock control, space management, in and outbound logistics, and customer service.
- Coordinate deliveries /delivery contractors and receiving in of goods.
- Possesses excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with Retail Team Members and customers when required.
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be an enthusiastic team player and can contribute to a small team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service and communication skills.
- Current drivers license
