About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join the Sarollie team in Sydney. You will work with clients across a variety of age groups and presentations, providing assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals




- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required

Essential Criteria

- Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Current National Police Check
- Working rights in Australia

Desirable

- Experience working with paediatric and/or adult clients
- Experience supporting NDIS participants
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
