Floor Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Floor Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day running of our busy cafe floor.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident leading a team during service while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

About the role:

- Supervising the day-to-day running of the cafe floor
- Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
- Managing staff sections and ensuring smooth service flow
- Training and supporting new and existing team members
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Ensuring tables are cleared, reset and attended to efficiently
- Driving upselling across coffees, drinks, desserts and additional items
- Opening and closing procedures
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Working closely with management and the kitchen team
- Maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
- Stepping in and supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods

About you:





- Previous cafe or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident directing a team during busy services
- Hands-on and willing to work alongside the team
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Great with customers and staff
- Strong understanding of cafe service and FOH operations
- Weekend availability
