Retail Loss Prevention / Security Officer – Adelaide SA

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Loss Prevention / Security Officers for major retail stores across Adelaide, South Australia.
Requirements
- Current SA Security Officer Licence (Required)
- Based locally within Adelaide metro areas
- Full Australian work rights with no restrictions
- Availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous retail security or loss prevention experience preferred
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Protect staff, customers, and store stock at all times
- Reduce shrinkage and prevent theft within retail stores
- Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift
- Carry and present a valid security licence when required
- Coordinate with store management regarding special duties
- Complete incident reports accurately and professionally
- Greet customers and staff professionally
- Hand out catalogues/baskets and conduct polite bag checks
- Monitor suspicious behaviour and respond to theft incidents appropriately
Employment Details
Job Types: Full-time / Part-time
Pay Rate:
From $27.91 – $41.87 per hour
Expected Hours:
36–40 hours per week
