The Deli by Greenhorns is a premium catering business operating out of a bustling production kitchen in Osborne Park. We are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality, and delicious food to our corporate and private clients.

We are currently seeking two reliable, detail-oriented Sandwich Artists / Catering Production Assistants to join our team on the Restaurant Award - Level 2

Available Shifts (Multiple Positions)

We have two separate roles available, both offering approximately 25 hours per week. Please state your shift preference in your application:

- Position 1: Morning Shift (7:00 AM start)
- Position 2: Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM start)

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Fulfillment: Accurately read customer order sheets and prepare the required volume of sandwiches, wraps, and catering platters.
- Recipe Precision: Follow strict, portion-controlled recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation every single time.
- Health & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with food health, safety,



and hygiene regulations (including allergen awareness and cross-contamination prevention).
- Kitchen Support: Work directly under the supervision of our Kitchen Shift Supervisor to assist with ingredient prep and maintain a spotless workspace.

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced food environment (deli, café, subway, catering, or fast food) is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail—you care about how the food looks and follows recipes to the letter.
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision and follow precise kitchen processes.
- Excellent punctuality and reliability.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (a Food Handling Certificate is a plus).
