Our client seeks the services of a Civil Supervisor, working on subdivisions in Neerabup, northern suburbs. On offer is a full-time permanent role with a company car. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established family run business with a strong project pipeline.

About The Role
This is a hands-on supervision role with real ownership
- you'll be the on-ground point of contact across active subdivision sites, working closely with the Project Engineer and Project Manager to keep works progressing safely, compliantly and to specification from pre-start through to practical completion. Projects typically range from $5m to $20m across a range of civil scopes including drainage, road construction, concrete footpaths, kerbing and slabs. Key Duties
• Conducting pre-start and practical completion (PC) walkthroughs
• Managing subcontractor compliance with daily checklists, QA documentation and site-specific requirements
• Assessing site and ground conditions ahead of works, flagging risks or issues and advising on suitability to proceed
• Supporting site teams with plan interpretation on complex setups
• Compiling and maintaining QA documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying and escalating potential variations or scope changes to the Project Engineer or Project Manager
• Acting as the on-site point of contact for client site representatives and other stakeholders
• Travelling across Perth metro (north and south)

• Demonstrated site supervisory experience in civil construction — subdivision experience highly regarded
• Exposure to drainage, road construction, concrete footpaths, kerbing or related civils scopes (highly desirable)
• Solid understanding of site-based QA and compliance documentation
• Ability to read and interpret civil/engineering plans and levels
• Confident dealing directly with subcontractors and on-site client representatives
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Current C Class driver's licence (essential)
• White Card (essential)
