Based in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne) or Singapore, you will be the general legal resource across funds, investments, Club Investible and the corporate group. You will focus on private capital transactions, corporate and M&A;, while coordinating with external counsel for specialist matters. This role offers flexibility, impact, and close collaboration with leadership.
