We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join a high-performing project team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 transformation and migration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, configuration, and migration of Microsoft 365 technologies, with a particular focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and broader Microsoft 365 services. You will work closely with technical teams, architects, project stakeholders, and business representatives to ensure successful delivery outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Microsoft 365 specialist who has experience delivering cloud migration projects and supporting modern workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Configure, administer, and support SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint sites, document repositories, and OneDrive data.
• Configure and maintain identity and access management controls, including authentication and access policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and project teams to manage technical dependencies and integration requirements.
• Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, support artefacts, operational procedures, and service transition documentation.
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, remediation, and post-migration support activities.
• Work closely with architects, vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Microsoft 365 best practices. Essential Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience implementing and administering SharePoint Online in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 services, including:
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Copilot
• Experience migrating user identities, SharePoint content, and OneDrive data.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Experience producing technical documentation, migration runbooks, knowledge articles, and support artefacts.
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams. Highly Regarded
• Experience delivering large-scale SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Experience working within complex or highly regulated environments.
• Experience with migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest On Demand, Migration Manager, or similar platforms.
• Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Security, or Entra ID.
