About the Role
As our Casual EV Operations Support, you’ll be the face of our fleet and a helping hand for our customers. You’ll help ensure our electric vehicles are in excellent condition, compliant, clean, and ready to go
- while providing friendly, practical support to a diverse customer base. We're particularly looking for someone with previous Tesla/EV service experience. You may have worked for Tesla directly, in an independent EV workshop, with a rental/fleet operator, or in another role where you've developed practical familiarity with Tesla vehicles and EVs in general. This is an in-person role, with shifts primarily at our Pinkenba rental station. You may be requested to travel from time to time.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the Operations Team with day-to-day activities, including (but not limited to): Customer & Operations Support
• Respond to customer enquiries across our channels with a helpful, customer-first approach
• Assist customers with understanding our services and occasionally support sales conversations
• Support general operational tasks as needed in a fast-moving start-up environment Fleet Support (Repairs & Compliance)
• Assist with basic fleet coordination, including organising repairs and maintenance support
• Help with vehicle compliance tasks and checks (as trained)
• Recognise issues that require escalation to Tesla or another repair provider
• Use and update our digital rental management systems
• Support documentation and follow-ups to keep vehicles road-ready Quality Checks & Vehicle Readiness




• Conduct pre-rental checks to ensure vehicles meet Share EV standards
• Check and report on cleanliness, presentation, and overall vehicle condition
• Occasionally complete vehicle detailing/cleaning tasks (hands-on work is part of start-up life) Platform & Data Auditing
• Audit our systems/platforms to ensure vehicle and booking information is accurate
• Flag inconsistencies and help maintain clean, reliable operational data Cross-Functional Support

• Driver’s licence (Queensland preferred) and a strong driving record (essential)
• You have a car or motorbike that allows you to travel to work everyday
- we don't supply a vehicle on a daily basis
• Strong English communication skills (preferred IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC dated in the last 3 years, if you have this certificate please submit it with your application) and a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Organised and proactive: Keeps transparent notes from discussions and reliably translates instructions into practical next steps.
• Physical fitness and willingness to do hands-on tasks (including occasional detailing)
• Prior operations experience Nice-to-have
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering (preferred, not required)
• Experience in operations, customer communications, sales, or fleet/vehicle environments
• Genuine interest in cars and enjoyment of learning how they work
• Prior experience in mobility industry/car rental
