We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Business Analysts to support upcoming digital transformation and business improvement initiatives across a range of enterprise environments. We're interested in speaking with professionals who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams, drive stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex transformation programs. Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse current and future-state processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Develop user stories, business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Support CRM implementation, enhancement, and modernisation programs.
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data reconciliation activities.
• Assist with data migration planning, validation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Relevant certifications such as BABOK, CBAP, CCBA, AgileBA, or similar are advantageous.
