• Inspire & Mentor: Support, coach, and upskill our team of swim teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons every shift.
• Drive Program Growth: Welcome new families, manage enrollments and retention, and ensure our classes are operating at their best.
• Keep the Deck Flowing: Coordinate daily deck coordination, assist with instructor rostering,



and ensure lessons run safely and smoothly on time.
• Champion the Community: Be the trusted, go-to face on deck for parents, celebrating student milestones and handling queries with warmth and care. What You Bring
• Teaching Background: Proven experience as a qualified Swim Teacher, with a natural flair for guiding and supporting others on shift.
• People Skills & Composure: A warm, approachable communication style and the ability to stay organized and calm when the pool deck is buzzing.
• Organisational Ability: Confidence handling day-to-day administration, from class schedules and rosters to parent communication.
• Safety First Mindset: A proactive commitment to aquatic safety, risk management, and child wellbeing. Qualifications (Held or Willing to Obtain):
• Swimming & Water Safety Teacher Certification (SISSS00112)
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate (SISSS00133)
• HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid & HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
