Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated professionals to join our expanding team in Pyrmont, Sydney. Current OpportunitiesWe are currently recruiting for two positions within our electrical distribution design team. 1. Graduate / Junior Electrical Engineer We are seeking engineering graduates and engineers with varying levels of professional experience to join our Level 3 Accredited Service Provider (ASP3) design team. Responsibilities include:
• Designing and assisting with HV and LV electrical distribution networks.
• Supporting substation, underground cabling and overhead network designs.
• Undertaking electrical calculations and technical assessments.
• Preparing design documentation and technical reports.
• Working on projects across the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks.
• Collaborating with senior engineers, designers and project stakeholders.

Requirements:
• A qualification in Electrical Engineering or another relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Solid technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• A willingness to learn and develop within the industry. Applications are encouraged from both recent graduates and engineers with several years of professional experience.



Previous ASP3 or electrical distribution design experience is advantageous but not essential. 2. Electrical CAD Drafter We are seeking a capable CAD drafter to support our engineering team in preparing technical drawings for electrical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Drafting underground electrical networks, overhead infrastructure and substation layouts.
• Producing drawings from sketches and technical markups.
• Maintaining drawing packages and incorporating revisions.
• Collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver projects.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and markups.
• Good communication and organisational skills. We welcome CAD drafters from all technical backgrounds and experience levels. Previous electrical infrastructure or ASP3 experience is advantageous but not essential.
