About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our Pharmacy Independent team. This diverse role combines customer sales, systems administration and operational support. You’ll manage pharmacy customers, proactively engaging with them to build relationships, identify opportunities and generate orders, while also providing Perenso CRM support and coordinating key sales and order activities.

Key Responsibilities
will include:
• Manage and grow relationships with Pharmacy Independent customers, driving sales, generating orders and delivering responsive customer support.
• Provide administration and user support for the Perenso CRM, ensuring customer, product and promotional data remains accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate specialised and non-standard orders, including promotions, samples, events, new stores, backorders and manual orders.
• Partner across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Finance to resolve enquiries, coordinate pricing and support the Pharmacy Independent Sales Team.



This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. About You Desired Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone who is confident with customers, comfortable with systems, highly organised and detail-focused, with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in supporting sales and delivering great customer service. You'll bring:
• Experience in customer sales, sales operations, customer service, systems administration or a similar commercially focused support role.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to proactively engage customers, support sales opportunities and work effectively across different teams.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
• Competence using Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and confidently use business systems such as Perenso and JDE.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on issues through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
• A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.
