The Opportunity In this newly created position, the Quality Systems Document Writer will be responsible for the creation, review, standardisation, and maintenance of quality management system documentation across the Swanbank manufacturing site. The role supports Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technical teams by ensuring controlled documents are current, accurate, user-friendly, and compliant with internal standards, food safety requirements, customer expectations, and regulatory obligations This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What You'll Do
• Create, review, edit and maintain quality system documentation.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, One Point Lessons, Forms, Templates and Quality Standards
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Translate technical and operational processes into user-friendly documentation.
• Contribute to Quality Excellence initiatives and quality culture improvement activities.
• Support compliance with food safety standards, customer requirements and company policies.



What's In Your Toolkit As well as a positive can-do attitude you will bring the following

experience:
• Qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience preparing technical or operational documentation within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and document control capability.
• Experience within food and beverage manufacturing.(highly desirable)
