Role Description This full time on-site Finance Broker role is based in Sydney, NSW. The Finance Broker will advise clients on borrowing options, assess their financial situations, and match them with suitable lending products across residential, commercial, and personal finance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and submitting loan applications, liaising with lenders and insurers, and ensuring timely approvals and settlements. The role also involves educating clients about debt strategies, explaining complex financial concepts in accessible language,



and maintaining strong ongoing relationships to support their long-term financial goals. The Finance Broker will collaborate with internal team members, uphold compliance standards, and contribute to a client-centric, ethical advisory culture. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret lending products and financial structures.
• Experience in Financial Planning, including assessing client needs, risk profiles, and long-term financial goals.
• Knowledge of Commercial Finance, including business lending, asset finance, and related commercial products.
• Understanding of Insurance products relevant to lending and wealth protection, and ability to explain options to clients.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent), and any applicable Australian industry accreditations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a client-first mindset and high ethical standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial software and CRM systems.
• Prior experience in brokerage, banking, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
