Icon is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our ACT team on a 6-month contract, supporting the delivery of a major circa $200m mixed-use project. This is a hands-on site-based role suited to someone with strong structures experience who is confident working within a large, fast-paced construction environment. With significant site activity and complex interfaces, we’re particularly looking for someone who understands heavy logistics, sequencing and coordination and can keep works moving safely and efficiently.
About the role
Working closely with the broader project team, you’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities across key packages, with a strong focus on structures and logistics. You’ll Be Involved In
• Supervising day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
• Coordinating structural works, trades and sequencing
• Managing complex site logistics, including deliveries, access, cranage and movement across a busy site
• Driving programme outcomes and resolving site constraints
• Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and workmanship
• Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractor teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements About you We’re looking for someone who can step into the project and make an impact quickly. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
• Strong experience across structures, ideally on large-scale projects
• Demonstrated capability managing heavy or complex construction logistics
• Experience working on major commercial, residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to site delivery
