As our Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating warehouse and transport administration activities, managing transport and delivery bookings, preparing dispatch documentation, and maintaining accurate records to support operational efficiency and compliance. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain teams, transport providers, drivers and customers, you'll help ensure orders are accurately documented, appropriately scheduled and delivered in line with customer requirements, food safety standards and operational expectations. This is a critical role that supports outbound order flow, product traceability, transport compliance and effective communication across the supply chain. What You’ll Do
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including pick slips, delivery notes, consignment notes, booking forms, pallet documentation and labels to support accurate and timely order dispatch
• Ensure all load, transport and delivery documentation is accurate, complete and available within required timeframes
• Coordinate and record transport bookings, dispatch activities and delivery information in accordance with company procedures
• Identify, investigate and resolve or escalate discrepancies relating to orders, loads or dispatch documentation prior to vehicle departure
• Process stock receipts against purchase orders and complete inventory transactions within the Warehouse Management System
• Maintain accurate inventory, product traceability and warehouse records to support operational and compliance requirements




• Provide general administrative support to Warehouse Operations and assist with ordering warehouse stationery and operational supplies
• Coordinate customer delivery bookings and ensure booking requirements are accurately communicated to warehouse and transport teams
• Act as a key point of contact for drivers and transport providers, managing arrival, departure and site access requirements
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to manage delivery schedules, operational changes and booking queries
• Support compliance with site safety, hygiene, traffic management and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Contribute to the efficient and accurate movement of goods by maintaining strong attention to detail and effective coordination across warehouse and transport operations What You’ll Bring
• Previous experience in warehouse, transport, logistics or supply chain administration
• Experience coordinating transport bookings, dispatch documentation or similar logistics activities or Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems or similar business systems
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks and work effectively in a time-sensitive operational environment
