Talent Success is seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Road Construction Workers for upcoming roadworks and civil infrastructure opportunities across North-West Sydney.

If you have experience working on road construction, drainage, earthworks or major infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you!

Your Duties

- General civil construction and roadworks
- Site preparation, excavation support and clean-up
- Assisting excavator and plant operators
- Drainage, trenching and earthworks support
- Operating hand and power tools
- Working safely around mobile plant and machinery
- Following site safety procedures and SWMS

What You Need

- Current Construction White Card




- Previous civil construction or roadworks experience
- Driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
- Physically fit and reliable
- Willingness to work day or night shifts
- Solid safety awareness
