We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Volunteer Salon Receptionist to help brighten our residents' days and keep our vibrant salon running smoothly on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Serving with a Smile: Greeting residents and clients warmly and offering hot or cold beverages and supporting the Salon hairdresser.
- Creating Connections: Safely accompanying residents to and from to their rooms or arranging staff collection.
- Running the Front Desk: Assisting with morning setup, checking the appointment book, recording attendance on sales sheets, and scheduling appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Some experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal for this role.
- Heart: A genuine passion for supporting seniors and making their day a little brighter.
- People Skills: Friendly, patient, and a outstanding listener - our residents love a chat so be ready to swap a story and spread positivity
