Experienced property manager to look after a rent roll of about 110 properties and growing.
Must be experienced in all the facets of property management including, compliance reports, rent renewals, inspections, bonds, rental applications, VCAT etc.
Must be valuable with clients and tenants. There is an assistant to manage as well. The hours we are looking for to start with are Tues, Wed, Thurs 10 - 5.
We are looking for someone that can handle the existing properties and also the new ones that are coming on board each month.
We are based in Wallan
Pay: From $750.00 per week
