At Prestige, our nurses help people live safely, comfortably and independently at home. This newly created role is nursing as you have not experienced before. One day you could be meeting a guest at the airport to travel in with them. The next, you may sit quietly through an afternoon, walk them to the theatre or to dinner, accompany them to an appointment or stay through the night so their family can rest.

We are seeking experienced nurses who can use their judgement, after your extensive training and working with various people and conditions.

When a guest says they are tired, you are the person who can see beyond this and determine whether that is all it is...

What you'll do:

- Wellness on Call. Available through a stay. Settling a guest after travel, checking in, being close by, and responding the moment something is needed.

- Care Concierge. Planned, personalised support. Day shifts, overnight presence, accompanying a guest wherever the day takes them and personal care delivered without fuss.

- One day might run from the airport to the suite to dinner and the theatre. Another might be a single shift in a suite where you are needed twice. Alongside it sits the quiet work: medicines prompted, a steady arm on stairs, personal care.

Day and Evening shifts are available.

About you:

You're a kind, confident and caring nurse who thrives on independence but values having a strong team behind you. You're:

- Reliable, organised and proactive
- A clear, confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Calm under pressure when situations change or become urgent
- Comfortable working on your own and juggling competing priorities
- Flexible and adaptable across a wide range of clinical needs
- Committed to safe, respectful, person-centred care

What you'll bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse




- Solid post-registration experience, ideally across several clinical settings
- Recent, demonstrated skills in wound and catheter care
- Experience caring for people with dementia, and with neurological, cardiac and respiratory conditions
- A CPR certificate from the last 12 months
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
- A full Australian driver's license and a reliable, comprehensively insured car
- Good availability and comfort travelling up to around 30 minutes between clients

You'll stand out if you have

- Community nursing experience
- An aged care background, plus exposure to acute settings
- Palliative care experience
- Skills in falls prevention, seizure management or PEG feeding
