Bakers Delight Wynyard is looking for an energetic, reliable Sales Assistant to join our fast-paced bakery team. Located in the heart of the CBD next to Wynyard Station, our store is busy, people-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active at work.

This is an ongoing casual role (2–3 shifts per week, up to 20 hours) with a mix of morning and evening shifts. Ideal for students or anyone seeking flexible work in customer service and retail.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
- Confidently recommend products and upsell to customers
- Keep product displays full, fresh, and well presented
- Work quickly and accurately during peak commuter periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales area
- Work independently and as part of a team

What we’re looking for:

- A positive, high-energy attitude (experience not required)
- Confidence communicating with customers




- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Reliability and robust time management
- Availability for Monday–Friday shifts (7:00 am to 8:00 pm, morning and/or evening)
