Take the lead in Oil & Gas Pipeline Services

EnServe is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas professional with a strong background in pipeline operations, engineering or business development to lead and grow our Pipeline Services division.

This is an opportunity for someone who knows the oil and gas industry, understands pipeline operations and has the commercial capability and industry relationships to identify opportunities, secure new work and deliver successful projects.

Working with pipeline owners, operators, EPC contractors and specialist service providers across Australia's oil and gas and energy sectors, you'll take responsibility for business development, project delivery, operational performance and commercial outcomes.

Based in Adelaide, this is an autonomous leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to grow the division, strengthen client relationships and drive profitable business growth nationally.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take the lead in developing and delivering pipeline services opportunities, working with pipeline owners, operators, EPC contractors and specialist service providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying new opportunities and converting them into awarded work.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships across the pipeline, oil and gas and energy sectors.
- Preparing tenders, estimates, proposals and commercially competitive solutions.
- Managing projects from initial discussions and planning through to mobilisation, execution and close-out.
- Coordinating field teams, subcontractors, equipment and specialist resources.
- Managing project costs, budgets, profitability and commercial outcomes.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to client requirements.
- Driving revenue growth and achieving agreed operational and financial KPIs.

Who We're Looking For

You may currently be working as a Pipeline Engineer,



Operations Manager or in a technical or commercial leadership role within the pipeline, oil and gas, energy, mining or infrastructure industries.

What matters most is your ability to combine industry knowledge, business development and operational delivery.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in pipeline or related industrial operations.
- Strong business development experience, including securing contracts and winning new work.
- Established industry relationships and the ability to build new client networks.
- Commercial experience in estimating, tendering, pricing and contract management.
- Experience managing projects, personnel, subcontractors and operational resources.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-driven, practical approach with accountability for results.

You'll also need a current Australian driver's licence, Australian working rights and the ability to travel nationally when required.

The Chance

This role offers the chance to take ownership of a growing Pipeline Services division, supported by an established network of industry relationships, equipment providers and technical resources.

You'll work closely with senior management while having the autonomy to pursue opportunities, strengthen client partnerships and lead projects through to successful delivery.
