As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their solar installation journey. Your role is to ensure clear communication, accurate administration, and a smooth experience from sale to installation.

- Managing customer communication and enquiries
- Coordinating timelines, updates, and workflow
- Preparing and updating administrative documents
- Supporting customers with a calm, empathetic and solution‑focused approach
- Working alongside an experienced, supportive team
- Receiving on‑the‑job training specific to the solar industry
