Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Family Vets Western Sydney is searching for a warm, friendly Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face (and calm voice) of our dynamic Blacktown hospital.

The Role
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of the hospital, helping clients and their pets feel safe, informed and cared for.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and confidence
- Answering phones and managing appointments, admissions and discharges
- Processing payments and clearly explaining quotes and invoices
- Supporting vets and nurses to keep the hospital running smoothly
- Offering compassion and support to clients during emotional moments
- Handling general admin and client enquiries
Your Hours
Full-time:
9:00am to 7:00pm, 4 days per week (Monday to Friday) A set weekday off every week, so you can plan your life with confidence No weekends
About You
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Veterinary experience is highly regarded
- Friendly, empathetic and genuinely love animals
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and confident using computers and practice software
