Fast-paced warehouse crew role. Full training. Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm.

Code Breaker Labs designs, 3D prints and ships tool storage for tradies around the world. Everything we sell is made, packed and shipped from our warehouse in Thomastown, where we run Australia's largest 3D print farm.

We're growing fast and hiring two Warehouse Crew Members to join our small, high-performing team. We're after one person with availability for up to 5 days a week, and one with availability for up to 3 days a week.

No 3D printing experience needed. We'll teach you everything.

What you'll do

You'll start in the print farm, then learn every station in the warehouse. Each day you'll be rostered where you're needed most, which could be one station or a mix of a few.

- Keep the print farm running: clear finished prints, start new jobs, load filament and flag any printer issues
- Process and finish freshly printed products
- Bubble wrap products so they arrive in perfect condition
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
- Keep stock organised and support the wider team

About you

Our crew is small, fast and proud of their work, and they want teammates who are the same. You'll do well here if you:

- Like being busy and work best at pace
- Notice the details others miss
- Keep your workspace neat and organised without being asked
- Speak up when something's not right, and help fix it
- Turn up on time, every shift, ready to go
- Want a steady, long-term role

Experience we love (but don't require)

Some of our best crew came from fast food. If you've done 2+ years at somewhere like KFC or McDonald's, you already know how to work fast, handle high volume and stay calm under pressure. Warehouse, pick and pack or other high-volume work is great too, and a forklift licence is a bonus.

The details

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm. No weekends.

We'd love to meet the person behind the resume!
