Company Description Point Retail designs and produces retail displays, fixtures, and brand environments that drive measurable sales results across a wide range of sectors, including health and beauty, consumer electronics, hardware, automotive, and pet care. The team partners with brand and trade marketing managers end-to-end, from initial brief through to in-store installation. Point Retail has delivered successful campaigns for brands such as Samsung, Tesla, Husqvarna, Pirelli, Crocs, Speedo, and Tory Burch, including a recent Australis launch that achieved a 170% sales uplift. The company’s approach is driven by future-proof design, flexible solutions that adapt to new products and campaigns, and a robust focus on commercial results. Point Retail also connects digital and physical retail through interactive units, digital kiosks, shop-in-shop spaces, and large-format display systems. Role Description Build it. Move it. Install it. Make it happen We’re looking for a practical, organised and hands-on team member to take ownership of the physical and operational side of our retail display projects. You’ll manage our workshop and warehouse, coordinate freight, prepare displays, visit stores, conduct site audits, build and modify components, and get involved in installations. There will also be some desk-based sourcing, research, quoting and project management based tasks to complement our wide variety workflow. What you'll be doing
• Manage the day-to-day running of our warehouse and workshop
• Receive, organise and dispatch project stock

• Prepare displays and components for retail installations and rollouts
• Carry out retail installations across Sydney and Australia (as required)
• Visit stores for site measures, photos and access checks
• Assemble, modify and repair retail displays and prototypes
• Use basic hand and power tools for drilling, cutting, fixing and assembly
• Produce simple custom components using 3D printing
• Coordinate local, interstate and international freight and deliveries
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, installers and couriers
• Coordinate external installers when required
• Pick up samples, source materials and generally help make sure projects get delivered successfully Who we're looking for You’ll suit this role if you’re practical, organised and someone who takes ownership. Experience in any of the following would be ideal:
• Retail displays / POS
• Shopfitting
• Signage
• Exhibitions and events
• Installations
• Warehousing and logistics
• Light fabrication or prototyping You’ll need to be comfortable using basic tools, driving around Sydney, working independently and getting your hands dirty when required. A current Australian driver's licence is essential. Experience with 3D printing, CAD or prototyping would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential. More than anything, we want someone who sees a problem and thinks: “Leave it with me. I’ll sort it out.” Working directly under our Design & Operations Manager, you’ll work alongside our Project Managers, Industrial Designers and Account Managers, taking ownership of the physical execution of our projects from the warehouse and workshop through to delivery and installation. If you’re practical, resourceful and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you. Apply with your CV and a short introduction telling us why you think you’d be a good fit.
